The Save This Form Page
The Save This Form page allows you to save the form that's currently active in the editor.
Fill in a name for your form save and any notes to help you remember what the form represents and click the "Save Form" button.
Below the "Save Form" button you can see how many forms you currently have saved out of how many saves you're allowed.
