The Choose Parent Menu
The Choose Parent Menu contains a list of all elements in the form
Choose an element and the other presentation pane menus and windows change to reflect your choice. In particular, choosing a parent in this menu changes the Choose Target Child menu to indicate the children elements of this parent you can apply css styles to.
